It's All About Disco.

Do you remember KC and the Sunshine Band, Minnie Riperton, Patty LaBelle, the Bee Gees, The Village People and ABBA? Then you will love walking through the doors at AST! We've channeled our inner disco divas to make this shop hop!
When you arrive, you will be directed to the gallery where you will find quilts, quilts and more quilts. Bold and bright, sassy and sweet- there's something for everyone. And the best thing? We have kits to help you make your quilt go together that much faster!

Welcome to the bundle wall! 2000 fabulous bundles of 5 1-yard cuts of coordinating fabrics. (Well, make that 1998. I bought two.) And you get one of six free patterns when you purchase a bundle.

There's nothing like row after row of bundled fabric to make you swoon and Sandy will be there to catch you if you fall.

Why, look! It Faberella! Otherwise known as Angela, our sweet fabric coordinator, standing in front of one of our most popular quilts- Pat Wys's White Chocolate. Yum, yum, yum.

Armed and ready at the quilting machine, Sherrie Curtis prepares to demonstrate quilting a baby quilt. I wonder how many times I can use the word quilt in a sentence?
So, you want to see some disco? Here ya go-

Um, I think the drama of an extremely large and mirrored ball gets lost in translation from real life to photo. Trust me, it's quite an impressive sight as it casts it's rotating polls of light all about the store.
But this? Well, there's nothing lost here- It's John Travolta in his best Saturday Night Fever pose dancing on a floor comprised of all of the shop hop blocks. Sherrie Curtis did a fabulous job of turning square blocks into diamonds and capturing the whole disco experience in fabric. Kudos, Sherrie!

If you haven't had the chance to visit us yet, please stop by. Kathleen and Linda, two of our favorite disco chicks will greet you as you enter......

Pat will be there, scissors at the ready to cut any fabric that jumps into your hands and...

the Bee Gees? Well, they're just eye candy.

But Wendy and Terre will teach you the Hustle and....

you can have your picture taken with John.

You know you want to.
