We Hop-hop-hopped 'Til We Dropped!

Did you get to come visit during the 15th anniversary of the Greater Atlanta Shop Hop? Gee, I hope so! We were all decked out for a party in celebration. My lovely sisters and my nephew's wife came to help decorate on Thursday night, after either driving from Florida or flying in from NC and Maryland. I have the best family. :) They assembled and hung 53 paper lanterns all over the store. That's a lot of paper lanterns. But it was not too many!

I made party hats for all of the girls. Jill rocked hers like a unicorn horn on day 1. By the last day, she had multiple hats on! She is a hoot, that girl.

Paint sticks- redux! We can't help it, we love them. A lot. Check out the giant Kanzashi flowers that are blooming at the top. We had a staff craft night and made these. It was a blast!

These are a snap to make!

Hello, Party Cakes! Our shop quilt was designed by the oh-so-talented Laura Coons. Love this girl! There are 5 different layouts in the pattern giving you a ton of possibilities! Make it your own!

The gorgeous LeMoyne Magic by Cozy Quilt Designs made in a sweet gray and turquoise colorway. Mmmmmm.

Unchain My Heart by Sue Pelland using her Hearts and More ruler. It is lovely made up in Kaffe Fassett fabrics.

Cookie showed off her party style!

Susan was busy as a bee making sure that our fabrics looked picture perfect for our shop hoppers!

Party on, Gloria! These hats and our Divas became part of our decorations.

Adorn It! was well represented with 4 delightful quilts to inspire you.

Terre' is one of the reasons our customer service is tops!

Her sweet daughter, Mackenzie is our favorite junior Divas!

Every hopper had a great time.

Sandy was the hostess with the mostess as she stamped passports for the gang.

Mary Ann demonstrated the Artsi 2 quilt boards and Chenille by the Inch with aplomb. Come by the shop for a demo of either product. You will love them, I promise!

Rocky Raccoon, by Abbey Lane Quilts, hangs over the main cutting table. It's made with Laundry Basket Quilts Dancing in the Rain line and it is beautiful. Fat quarter bundles are available to whip up your own!
Check out Cookie's latest pillow pattern! Adorbs!

A leafy inspiration quilt made with Moda's Fall Leaves laid out by me on the background of a neutral Jelly Roll 1600 made by Kris Caddy. Mary fused the leaves and I laid them out around a dinner plate- no tools required! A quick press and done!
I would recommend stitching down the leaves before quilting or using a cover stabilizer over them to prevent snagging.

The gorgeous Antonella quilt by Hoffman Fabrics. It's a striking teal and black quilt with a metallic pop!

Night Sky by jaybird quilts made in Bella Solids by Moda. Luscious.

Here are Karen's simply strippy baby and lap quilts!

Love these! Especially since you can personalize them for your favorite person.

Three cheers for the red white and blue with Jenny Doan's tumbler flag quilt.

Linda and Mary, were all ready to party!

Straw flowers bloom next to Party Cakes, our shop quilt.

Use our pillow cases for inspiration!

Someone told me that you can always count on AST to be a happy place. That's quite a compliment!

Ha, we're a quilter's Disney World!
