We Hop-hop-hopped 'Til We Dropped!

Did you get to come visit during the 15th anniversary of the Greater Atlanta Shop Hop? Gee, I hope so! We were all decked out for a party in celebration. My lovely sisters and my nephew's wife came to help decorate on Thursday night, after either driving from Florida or flying in from NC and Maryland. I have the best family. :) They assembled and hung 53 paper lanterns all over the store. That's a lot of paper lanterns. But it was not too many!

I made party hats for all of the girls. Jill rocked hers like a unicorn horn on day 1. By the last day, she had multiple hats on! She is a hoot, that girl.

Marching In!

Let's start this post with Sherrie's ABC the Jenny Way class. This month's project will be Love Notes, a precious quilt made with charm squares. The class meets on Friday, March 28, from 11-2 pm. Call and get yourself a spot!

Lynn wowed us with Eliza's Porch many Paths quilt, a lovely take on the Drunkard's Path block!

Wow! Check out Angie's Let's Polka! by Candace Hassen. Love this bright and beautiful quilt.

This is Angie's rendition of Bonnie Hunter's Mystery Quilt- Celtic Solstice!

Teresa's Diamonds are Forever string quilt is just stunning!

Hello, twisted bargello! This was made in Peggy Barkle's bargello class last year.

Erica did a little Bob and Weave in style! How cute is this?

Karen, who is our new Beginning Sewing class teacher, has been playing with her new embroidery machine to make this adorable purse!

And, because she does tiny in a big way, a little embroidered bench for her doll house!

Laura whipped up this magical Disappearing Four Patch in a jiffy using the Jenny Way!

Good grief, Charlie Brown, it's a darling strip quilt! Love it!

It's Karen and her It's Mine, Too Jack quilt! Love these quilts- they whip up in a snap, are super-cute and you get 4 free (5 for the large) pre-fused letters with each kit to make it! And she says she doesn't quilt!

Cindy proudly shows off her Fat Quarter Frappe quilt, designed by our own Laura Coons!

She also made her Bits and Bobs of loveliness during our many, many snow days!

How about this sweet purple Chubby Charmer? Cay-ute!

Rhonda made a sweet Onesie for her granddaughter. You can tell from that smile that she has Grandma's heart!

Linda changed it up and made her Bits and Bobs using 3 Sister's Wintergreen! Um, one Christmas quilt, done!

Our own Lia will also be teaching Beginning Sewing with Karen. ( Miniature Karen? How do we keep us all apart?) Love this combination of grey and yellow that she used for her Disappearing Four Patch!

And she successfully completed her kaleidoscope quilt! You rock, girlfriend!

LaTonda has been busy making more beautiful art quilts! This one is Angels Among Us, by Anita Bradshaw. It's just gorgeous!

Marge completed her book-themed top for her quilt, which will be donated to her local library. Someone will be very happy to cozy up under this with a good book!

Lisa Marie cast purple to the wind and made this stunning orange back for her quilt!

Rosalyn did sneak a little purple into her Twister quilt. I just love this, don't you?

Dreidel, dreidel, dreidel, Melisa made you out of classic blue and white for this Hanukkah quilt!

Notting Hill done in style by Hilary! Totes adorbs!

Shelly's Quilts of Valor quilt destined for one of our brave soldiers! As a military mom, I am grateful for the time and love that go into these quilts.

That's it? Oh, wow! That brings us to March's Strip Club quilt- LeMoyne Magic! Super soft grey and turquoise make this quilt very easy on the eye.

So, shop hop is coming up! This year it's a celebration of the 15th year of the Greater Atlanta Quilt Shop Hop and we will be dressed in our party best! Stop on by and see us!
