We Are Shop Hoppin'

Shop Hop Day One is almost done, and we had a fantastic day! It was so nice to see all the familiar faces. If you haven't been in the shop yet, it is a must! Karin has done such a wonderful job decorating the shop with all kinds of jumbo sized quilting notions, plus much, much more. 

Our free pattern for Shop Hop is "Veggie Soup & Crackers" and it made out of some stunning Kim Diehl fabrics. Plus we also have a mini quilt, that will be released as a free pattern on Facebook very soon. (So be sure to like us on Facebook if you haven't yet!)

If you've ever joined us Shop Hop before, you know it is a BLAST!!! We have so many different things going on in store, plus you can shop with friends and win great prizes! We will have tons of new samples hanging up in store, fun demos each day, and a lot of fabric. 

All The Comforts of Home Shop Hop Contest

We're having a Shop Hop Quilt Contest!!!! Shop Hop is right around the corner, and we have a special contest going on to fit with this year's theme, "All the Comforts of Home." Many of you joined us for the Make It Sew! event in January, but we are opening up this contest to all of our stitching customers. We are challenging you to use Anita Goodesign's collection called "Shop Hop Quilt" to stitch up a wall hanging size quilt to be displayed during Shop Hop. If you're interested keep reading for more details!

• All entries must meet size requirements. Quilts should be no smaller than 250 square inches, no larger than 1600 square inches, and no longer than 40 inches.
• All entries must be made up of at least 90% designs from either the "Shop Hop Quilt" and/or "Neighborhood" design pack from Anita Goodesign.
• All entries will be displayed anonymously and voted on by customers during Shop Hop (March 9th - March 13th).
• All entries must finished, quilted, bound, and have an identifying label.
• Deadlines for submissions has been extended until Monday, March 7th by 6:00pm.
